My life of Cultivating Creativity and Innovation
I am an American citizen with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada, where I specialized in marketing. My passion for marketing drove me to explore how visual design can influence consumer behavior in today’s fast-paced digital landscape. 
During my studies, I expanded my skills by apprenticing with the Montizambert brothers, acclaimed advertising photographers, where I gained hands-on experience in commercial photography.
Understanding the growing role of multimedia in modern marketing, I earned a diploma in Multimedia Production & Design, which equipped me with the tools to blend copywriting, video, and sound into compelling marketing campaigns. This experience solidified my belief that creative storytelling through various mediums is key to building strong brand identities.
My commitment to staying ahead of industry trends led me to pursue a diploma in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This added depth to my expertise, allowing me to craft content that not only resonates with audiences but also ranks well on search engines, maximizing visibility and engagement for businesses.
Marketing & Design Expertise
After relocating to the U.S., I took my career to the next level by enrolling in the Graphic Technologies program at Clover Park Technical College. Here, I updated my skills in graphic design software while enhancing my portfolio with cutting-edge projects that married creativity with business strategy. My goal has always been to provide clients with innovative marketing solutions that drive results.
In every project, I combine my design skills with a marketer’s mindset, helping clients strategically position their brands. My approach integrates visual aesthetics with consumer psychology, ensuring that each design or marketing campaign not only looks good but achieves business objectives.
Web & Print Experience
To further refine my skills, I completed an internship with Swarner Communications, where I worked on both web and print projects. I designed newspaper covers, revamped advertisements, and proofed content for a range of publications. This opportunity allowed me to apply my Adobe Creative Suite expertise—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro—on real-world projects, blending creativity with technical precision.
Currently, I am employed at Media Inc. Publishing as a Graphic Designer, overseeing editorial work for four monthly magazines. I bring a marketing-driven approach to my role, ensuring that every piece of content and design enhances brand storytelling and aligns with the client’s broader marketing goals.
Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce, Ads, and Analytics
This program complemented my skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of online marketing and e-commerce effectively. The purpose of this certification is to equip professionals with the tools needed to create impactful digital marketing strategies that drive business growth. Through a comprehensive curriculum, I gained insights into key areas such as search engine optimization (SEO), data analytics, social media marketing, and online advertising. This knowledge allows me to develop campaigns that not only attract and engage customers but also convert them into loyal brand advocates.

With a focus on real-world scenarios and case studies, I learned how to leverage digital tools and platforms to optimize customer experiences and enhance brand visibility. Marketing Strategy & Business Acumen
In addition to my design and marketing expertise, I gained international business experience through a mentorship program with women entrepreneurs in Singapore and Malaysia. This experience gave me valuable insight into global markets and the importance of creative problem-solving in business. 
I furthered my business knowledge by completing a diploma in Entrepreneurship, where I developed and implemented a business model that grew into a network of 14 stores wholesaling jewelry and accessories. I utilized my copywriting, web design, graphic design, and photography skills to craft targeted marketing strategies that increased sales and brand visibility.
